By using a multi-threaded array of virtual oscilloscopes in small form factor computers to monitor deltas in sinusoidal waveform signal data generated from Input/Output (I/O) when enacting known PLC commands and operations, where we can create a single universal “source of truth” to validate the fidelity of PLC operations in control loops to substantiate what it actually performs and what it reports from the field devices.
